Lacks depth
By Greg B. Markham
This book may be better suited for one that has studied SQL previously, has a firm understanding of the basic principles and is just trying to refresh their memory. This book lacks any real in-depth exploration of the SQL elements that a novice user requires. There are other books by SAMS on the topic that would be a better choice.

The book size is too small. It is very difficult to read the content in the example screenshots. Would have scored the book 4 stars otherwise.
